O&M
Operations & Maintenance
A well-managed solar asset delivers on its promise — for decades.
A photovoltaic installation is designed to last 25 to 30 years, but it only reaches that potential with continuous technical management. Inverter failures, connection degradation, panel soiling, or mounting structure issues reduce output — often without the company detecting the loss in its operational KPIs.
Our O&M service combines continuous monitoring with automated deviation alerts, periodic inspections with thermal imaging — detecting hot-spots and degraded connections before they become failures — preventive and corrective maintenance, and clear performance reports comparing actual vs. expected production. We detect deviations before they translate into significant financial losses.
We organise the service in packages of growing scope — from one-off diagnostics to a full SLA contract — including guaranteed response times, availability indicators (uptime) and contractual penalties for non-compliance. For the company, the result is peace of mind: the asset delivers what it promised, without tying up the internal team.
Choose your level of care
Diagnostic
One-off assessment of the installation's condition.
- Full visual and electrical inspection
- Roof and structure condition assessment
- Thermography for hot-spot detection
- Report with action plan
Monitoring
Continuous asset monitoring with automated alerts.
- Continuous production monitoring
- Automatic deviation alerts
- Actual vs. expected production reports
- Remote fault diagnosis
Monitoring + Preventive
The full plan, with a contractual SLA.
- Everything in the Monitoring plan
- Scheduled periodic inspections
- Panel cleaning on a regular calendar
- Guaranteed response times (SLA)
- Availability indicators (uptime)
Every plan is tailored to the asset and contracted by proposal — no list prices.

Roof and building envelope
A solar system performs only as well as the roof beneath it. We assess the roof during diagnosis and coordinate its renovation when needed — acting preventively costs less than fixing failures and leaks later.
Structural roof inspection
We assess the structure, fixings and watertightness — before installation and throughout the system's lifetime.
Asbestos and fibre cement
We identify fibre-cement roofs and coordinate removal with licensed partners, aligned with the solar project.
Roof rehabilitation
Replacement with metal sheet or sandwich panel, planned jointly with the PV installation to avoid duplicate interventions.
Insulation and efficiency
Renewing the building envelope improves thermal performance and reduces HVAC consumption.
